However, if you follow the steps to reset and get the following message, then your email is not registered with an account.
In this case, double check that you’re using the same email you get your confirmations sent to. If you are, then you must have checked out as a guest when you created the subscription. You can create an account to go with your subscription by following our instructions under “Creating Your Customer Account”
